Located right on the Kailua-Kona waterfront, Huggo 's on the Rocks is a good choice for waterfront drinks and light food. This is also a prime spot for watching the sun set while enjoying live entertainment. During our visit, there was a talented duo (one keyboard player, one slack key guitarist) playing traditional Hawaiian music. For prime seating to enjoy the sunset, get there a little beforehand. This place sucks. You won't see me there again. Overpriced. Service sucks. Average food.
