The curb-side performance if this place does not do justice. Inside is a great place to eat! We ordered the chicken waffles, with bacon and cheese, as well as the Colorado Omelette and we were impressed by the quality and quantity of both. The manager was very conscientious and brought us hazelnut ice cream coffee that wasn't even on the menu. That was the best IHOP we ever were. We will definitely eat again at this... Each person's experience is personal and subjective. I like the fact that I am greeted by an older gentleman and there is a family atmosphere. The servers are busy running around to serve the customers, different ones came and ask whether we have enough drinks or a refill.
