As a mother of a two-year-old, there are occasional diaper gates along the way. After visiting the changing room (separate in the disabled toilet) at the Mac in Kaiseraugst, I have to say HUGE praise for how well furnished and, above all, clean the changing room is! Absolute disaster. Five times in 4 weeks I didn't get what I ordered and paid for. Either the second meat was missing from the burger, the bacon wasn't in it, or if it said roasted onions and bacon, neither was in the burger. Either the staff is absolutely poorly trained or has no interest in the work at all. Not recommendable!! View all feedback.
