"I was there with my brother-in-law for the first time. I can't judge the pizza because we both drank only 2 beers. A super-nette boss, besides her husband and I suppose it was her son who stood behind the counter and was just as polite. Mega clean place and I have rarely seen so hygienic and freshly cleaned toilets in a normal pub. Except for the result (0:2 lost against Karlsruhe) a beautiful, yellowing coag in the Zum Ilse . Here you can feel the heart blood of the boss and the love of the people who live there, but also to strangers who come here"

"John, the owner, took the time to talk with us and even had a pint with us. His Buffalo style chicken wings are the absolute best in the area. Lively atmosphere with friendly service and a large beer selection... what else could you ask for!?!"

"I have never had a bad meal from here. It is our go-to for takeout. The lentil soup is SOOOO good, and we normally get the aloo gobi butter chicken w garlic naan. The food is always amazing."

"I finally decided to give this place another try. It turns out they have improved their food standards! There was a time when it seemed they didn't care about being authentic , but that seems to have changed. Perhaps it is due to new management...or kitchen staff. Not sure which, but I am looking forward to making this my go to place for great Indian food. My only gripe is that the prices are a little high, but can be tolerated as long as they maintain high standards."

"They will not find a better pub to have a pint. snug is true for his name (snug,) but with it comes comfort and beautiful vibes. the design is eccentric and gives the amazing feeling to be there. always filled with folks and...big music, they can't beat it."
