McDonald`s - Kaiserslautern

Left waiting for Mins Shameful . Ignored. Place wasn’t even busy , what’s the point of having a whole counter for ‘mc’ cafe if you’re gong to ignore people standing there waiting

One of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever made: The service is slow and unorganized They don’t respect serving procedures e.g. the McFlurry was not filled as should, had only little chocolate and the ice cream had crystals The interior is filthy....Won’t go back there

This McDonald’s is usually pretty steady, but sometimes it does become rather busy. Each time I have been here, my wait was short regardless of the amount of customers. The McCafe is full of dozens of drink options as well as friendly service. I’m my...four years of living here, I have not had one bad experience at this particular McDonald’s location

This has to be the slowest fast food restaurant ever , it went through a refit about Months ago , not sure if this is anything to do with it . Be prepared for At least minute wait in the drive through if...there is only one or two cars in front , anymore then forget it and go somewhere else unless yuh have a lot of time to sit around

I like this Mc Donalds. It is the second oldest in Kaiserslautern. It is not so overcrouded like the other one at Opelkreisel
