"We where we are looking for some fish N chips to take to the beach and we stopped at the right place. I have a piece of travel chips n kumera fries and a few scallops. the fish was fresh with crispy teig. kumera chips n acid cream are always a fav of me, but these where boiled to perfection. we ordered to eat too much, because portions are a good size. we are a little pampered for the price in our local fishing business so felt that this was a little expensive until we tasted the food. the price for fresh value. good a visit worth .mbut be sure to eat them on the beach for the full experience."

"Great service, Friendly staff, Had main and dessert (King Prawns and Creme Caramel) The desert was the only let down for me, Presentation of both courses was nice but the dessert fell short for me, other than that it was a very enjoyable experience with a nice setting."

"We went there with high expectations after it was recommended to us, and were pleasently surprised. Food was lovely and we received it very quickly. Coffee was fantastic. Looking forward to going back when we are in Northland again."
