What Judith Klayman doesn't like about Mcmenamins Ahles Point Cabin:
This is not a restaurant or cafe. We stopped for lunch and ordered food and were not informed the food was prepared in the nearby lodge. We waited almost an hour and were never informed they had no one to deliver the food to our location. We had to drive to the lodge to pick up our food and it took a while to get our food, which had been sitting around for a long time. Only go here for drinks. Food: 1 View all feedback.

It was cozy, warm and friendly! I love all woodwork inside and the fireplace! Monica, the bartender, was thrilled!
If you're happy enough to be there when Jeremy is behind the bar, then you're a treat, he's a service superstar! This hidden gem is a great place to immerse when the Kalama Lodge is too busy as we found it. What a beautiful surprise awaits us!
What a quaint, cozy, friendly place. It is on the Columbia River. It was a brisk day. There is a fire place inside and a fire pit outside to warm up. Many people stop in to get a stamp on their passport.You can order and they bring it down from McMenamins. My friend got the Aztec salad. It was really good and it had a little heat to it.Jeremy was our server, he was helpful in helping us make decisions on what to order. Friendly and conversational. What a delightful place.
