"Wanted a lot and wasn't able to do much. That's how you can sum up the restaurant. The map doesn't have much to do with Crete. You want to offer fine dining with a French menu, but then you also have to deliver. Especially since the prices are extremely high, twice as high as the competitors. But when pasta is cooked into wobbly, tasteless chunks of dough, then expectations and reality are far apart. A pity. The garden is beautiful. But the whole thing has nothing to do with Crete or fine dining.
