Chick-fil-a - Kalamazoo

What Theresa Jacobsen likes about Chick-fil-a:
Always good food. But now I'm editing this. Ordered on the mobile app had to wait in line only to find out later there was no sauce on the sandwich or in the bag and there was no tomatoes on the deluxe that I ordered. I had to drive all the way back only to have them take my sandwich to make me a new one and wait more. I will spend $7 on a sandwich anymore when I can go to McDonald's and get better service View all feedback.

What Chico Beach doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
I don't understand how every other Chick Fil A I've been offers a military discount but both the ones in Kalamazoo and Portage show no love to service members? Yet they give the impression that they do by having the POW table at every location. View all feedback.
