At the Kalamazoo site I met a large group from the city family who visited my cousin to the WMU. Sarah took care of us so well!! She came from behind and helped us with menu options for our group as this was our first time. Sarah made some of the city visitors feel like home!! I'm back! Oh and the food was great!! What User doesn't like about Dickey's Barbecue Pit:
Dickey's got rid of their waffle fries and now have hand cut fries. They are terrible. I don't know what the seasoning is but they taste burnt. To me, it tasted like they use the left over grease from the meat to use in their fryer. I hope they bring back the waffle fries because right now, I can't see myself going back. Both my son and I dumped our entire order of fries in the garbage, they weren't worth taking home... View all feedback.

"Went there for dinner last Saturday, got it to go. The atmosphere was phenomenal! It was great to talk sports with the employees while waiting for our food and the memorabilia was so neat to see.
