Omg so we came here last year and it was great. I absolutely loved that we did not have to wait for an extended period of time. The decor was so cool. Very old school vintage soul to the place. The staff was super friendly and sweet. Definitely would like to come back next time we're in Kalamazoo. My nieces day was ruined after being served the wrong hamburger that had Mayo on it and caused her to have an allergic reaction.The manager did have her hamburger re made however, the lack of attention had already ruined her day.For an educational stand point allergic reactions can be deadly.... make sure you are serving the customer what they ordered. First time customer: I was helped fairly quickly and food didn't take long at all. Love that it is not over priced and it tasted very good!
