this evaluation refers exclusively to customer service. that was my first time at tropical smoothie. I wasn't greeted at the entrance, but the people worked all, someone went past me because I wasn't even sure where to stand or order. I didn't think too much of it since the people worked, but surprised that the crew was no longer inviting. the young lady who cooks the food was a great representation for the company....
