This appealing and roomy cafe is just off the main highway in Kalbar. The exit is clearly marked and it’s a worthwhile detour on the road to Warwick. We were in a family group and had a delightful coffee and snacks in a quiet country setting. Dogs were welcome on the footpath tables and there is easy parking. View all feedback.
What Desleigh M doesn't like about Arthur Clive's Family Bakehouse Kalbar:
Tried the food before we brought a group here. Our group did not eat here. The pies were dried out and it was 12 midday and should not be like that at that time of day. View all feedback.
We usually stop here early in the mornings on our way to Warwick and beyond. This is a great place for coffee, it's very nice, and breakfast while on the go.
Quick and friendly service. Nicest vanilla slice and caramel milkshake I've had in a while. Barista seemed very busy too. Well worth a stop.
The kitchen closed 1:15pm on a Friday, very disappointing to make an effort to get to Kalbar over Boonah, Aratula etc and be not given a nice experience
The pies were fantastic, and the Vanilla slice was amazing. The staff was very friendly, and the cafe was clean and tidy. The coffee was also very good.
This is a fabulous find in Queensland. The milkshake was outstanding, especially with the added malt! I also enjoyed the pub across the street.
