Placed order for 2 cups of flat white. Lady at cash counter asked cup or mug again and I confirmed cup. She asked for $10, I asked her is it $9 as per the board behind? She was confused and asked me which board? Really? I showed her board behind her, no response from her. She acted as if she does not know how to use their billing system.
