Visited here to grab some lunch. As I waited in line to order I watched an employee using tongs to put food into the silver bowls. Not only did she use the tongs for that purpose, she turned the scales off/on with them, dropped them on the floor and recommenced using them for food prep and to top it off put them in her pocket when she put the bowls on the chef table!!
