One of my favorite places in Kaliningrad. Excellent cuisine and quality products. There is also a children's room and a bonus program where you can buy points and actually eat for them in the future. I feel like maybe my expectations are too high for the service in Russia but when the manager of the place clearly says your disappointment is not my problem that tells a lot.
