"I am very disappointed in the customer service I received today. I ordered several meals, but did not receive two meals I ordered and didn't notice until I got home. When I called, I was informed they can not make it right even if you come back to the store, but would mail me a voucher. This has been their policy for some time. So what I hear as the consumer, is that we are treated poorly because the staff didn't do their job to fulfill the order correctly. I shouldn't have to check two bags to make sure they did their job."

"Food was classic mexican, homemade chips and salsa, and all piping hot! The service was wonderful! We never had an empty glass or a need that we had to wait for. There were at least four servers that all were friendly and helpful for our table alone! Definitely family friendly, but great for a date too."
