We are very grateful for our server Jennifer. Big Boy in Kalkaska is halfway between us and dear friends from Reed City. Within a couple of times of us meeting there to catch up with one another, Jennifer knew us by sight and knew our order. The food is always hot and good. Still trying to get use to up north slow service. Food was cold, server never came back to check on us. An hour and 40 minutes for breakfast. It's the norm just about everywhere up north. Oh well View all feedback.
