Adagio's is a Hidden Gem. Claudio the owner is something else. It's also very affordable for the quality of food. And this is Northern Italian food which is hard to get in the valley View all feedback.

The food was mediocre, and the server never came by after taking our order. The sauce had no taste. The Cesar salad had mustard in it and that’s all you tasted. The tiramisu was delicious. View all feedback.
I returned from Las Vegas and dined again at Adagio… i had the best Linguine Clams with white wine sauce I’ve ever had !
