What Soobin Bae doesn't like about Renaissance Tower Apartments:
Was locked out of my house and asked the front desk to help me out, was told I would need to pay a $75 fee, was told I only needed to wait 45 mins and waited and the technician didn’t come for nearly 2 hours, was unable to attend a concert I paid $300 for due to how long it took, and the technician literally walked into the office got out a set of master keys and unlocked it in 1 minute.
