What User likes about Rice Garden:
This is a fairly standard food-court type of Chinese eatery. A steam table, start with a choice of fried rice or lo mein, and then choose 1-3 entrees to go with it. I found the food to be fresh, good, well-flavored and offered in generous portions. I would say that it's a good choice among the many food outlets in this downtown LA underground food court. What User doesn't like about Rice Garden:
The food is average. Not the best nor the worst. I am giving this place only one star because they charge $1.00 more for the teriyaki chicken without letting clients know of the additional charge. I don't mind paying one dollar more but THEY NEED TO NOTIFY THE CLIENTS THAT THERE WILL AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE TERIYAKI CHICKEN. View all feedback.
