the best sushi in NYC finally comes to LA. now LA is a great sushi town and has great sushi at all price points but sushi of gari is a welcome addition. their omakase is unbelievable but they also have a non-published a la carte sushi menu which is only slightly more expensive than your typical sushi place. best roll? their salmon and tomato roll. get it. Absolutely delicious sushi.. fresh and crisp when needed Rolls are great with amazing flavor.. But we will not go back ... Service forgot we were still awaiting more .... small drinks are 4 bucks and no refills .. come on .. and when asking for Wasabi, better to bring your own cause they want $1.50 for a speck of it .. and we had to ask 4 times for more soy sauce in the tiniest amounts possible .. what gives?
