What Tony J likes about Youngbinru:
It seems like this place is closed... I've tried to call this place to-go, but they never picked up the phone. When I went to this place in person last week, I saw there was an eviction notice on the door. It was my go-to place for jjajangmyun since it's within walking distance, but it seems like it's closed now. View all feedback.

What Kuylee L doesn't like about Youngbinru:
I have delivery order. Zzazang noodle , spice seafood noodle and fried shrimp w spice sauce combo and fried pork w sweet sour sauce. But she missed fried pork w sweet sour sauce. Female owner is very rude. And zzazang noodle is like udon noodle. I've tried all the Korean Chinese restaurants in k town. But this place I think is the worst. Zzamong is much tastier and friendly service. I don't recommend this place. View all feedback.

"I first heard of HomeState from a Buzzfeed Worth It video many many years ago and it has been on my list ever since. I love breakfast and I love tacos. Makes sense to combine the two! I haven't been to the other locations, but Playa Vista is a nice area and it's a lot easier to find street parking. There are some tables inside, and there's lots of outdoor seating. You order at the counter, get a number, and find a seat. Here's what we tried: Cookie milk iced coffee: It was a solid iced coffee and the concept of using cookie milk is very exciting, but unfortunately the flavor wasn't that strong Blanco (egg whites, shiitake mushrooms, monterey jack): I wanted something lighter to balance out the brisket and this was so good! This taco was definitely more stuffed than the other ones. Egg whites get a bad rep for having no flavor but this taco had a bunch of flavor. Only downside was that because of the mushrooms, it was pretty wet so it was a little difficult to eat. Perhaps not the one to order if you're trying to look cute on a date, but soo worth the mess. Pecos (eggs and brisket): Brisket for breakfast? Don't need to tell me twice. The brisket was very tender and paired super nicely with the eggs. Do yourself a favor and get the tacos with their house made flour tortillas. These were seriously some of the best flour tortillas I've had and if I could, I would love to just take home a giant stack of tortillas. I'll probably try some of the other locations that are a little closer to me, but this was a fantastic first experience and I'm happy to report it exceeded my expectations!"

"This place smacks!! Thick toast, delicious eggs, and the sauce is on point. You can’t dine in at this location and you have to wait a lil bit because there’s lots of Togo’s in addition to on-site orders, however, well worth it!"
