"Wir wussten bereits, dass wir uns von der Einrichtung / Location nicht zu viel erwarten durften, ist das Saluti doch in der Tennishalle Matrei stationiert. So ungemütlich ist es dann aber gar nicht, man darf einfach keine falschen Erwartungen an die Einrichtung haben. Viel wichtiger: das Essen war eine wunderbare Überraschung, die Gerichte (egal, ob von der Hauben- oder der Pizzakarte) waren perfekt zubereitet, der Geschmack angenehm leicht, die Kreationen kreativ - und das alles zu einem angemessenen Preis / Leistungsverhältnis.Wir kommen sicher wieder!"

"We had our Christmas dinner with the family here. We were greeted with a personal greeting card. The service was attentive, friendly and very fast. The seven-headed dinner was amazing in its simplicity, rhythm and imagination at the same time. The kitchen staff really knows what they're doing. Wine pair was great, licqour if you would like to give as thank you. Would come back."
