"Once again success. Even the waiter had not their best evening, eating was great. again. it seems it doesn't play any roles, which luck they choose, they get always good food and decent service. for reasonable price. definitely return. somewhere in Bulgaria."

"High expectations and big disappointment After we had a nice breakfast we decided to visit the restaurant for dinner. I ordered the Norm Burger and asked for a medium rare patty. First my patty was well done, after the second try it came cold, like freshly out of the freezer. The waiter started arguing with us, but the manger quickly interrupted and offered a solution. That was good. Furthermore we ordered French fries for our son, which were described with truffle and Parmesan on the menu. They came absolutely without nothing. We did not complain, as our son was very hungry and we assumed, that a reduced price will be put on our bill. As, of course, the most expensive ingredients were missing. But, unfortunately the amount was put on the bill, which included the truffle and Parmesan. Again the waiter started arguing with us, telling us, that he assumed, it was for our sun and simply told the chef to leave the Parmesan and truffle out. It’s a pity, as the place looks really nice and they have good food on their menu. But apparently the team is highly overwhelmed by the high amount of guests. "Уютно малко местенце, беше пълно и доста шумно за нашия вкус. В такова малко помещение да имащ отворен бар е малко смело. Храната беше ок, цените ок, обслужването беше бързо и професионално. Ние пробваме салата с козе сирене, каседиля с телешко, дробче с лимон. Kid friendliness: Имаше един сладур, 4 5 годишен, който скучаеше яко. Това не е заведение за деца няма кой знае колко място, а и няма какво да правят."
