"Lovely cozy Japanese restaurant. Pleasant friendly staff. Nice ambience with private cubicle seats for gross of 4. Extensive menu range. I had the sashimi bento box. Nice presentation. Chunky sashimi. Wasabi packs quite a punch. Tempura is very light and crispy. Miso soup was very tasty. Easy parking right in front.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options."

"Place is small, which is good as service is better. I like how cozy it is, food is amazing, might be a bit out of the way but worth it! The yam yam roll is delicious and huge! "I LOVE SOUP!This little gem on Laval St. is worth venturing off the beaten path a bit.Homemade soups, sandwiches, wraps and quesadillas etc. Eat in or to go. It's a must go for anyone craving Mommas home cooking.Hearty soups can be bought frozen and ready for the weeks lunches. Just inquire at the front.Omg the SOUP IS LITERALLY TO DIE FOR HERE.And breakfast served hot too until noon!!!?Note: They close at 3pm and are closed on Sundays."

"The food is good the guy sweeping the food was the nicest person in there I gave him a $5 tip but the girl that was working the till was very rude I asked politely for extra soy sauce and she rudely through them on my tray and walked away"

"Love it here. Very cyclist friendly, a great stop for breakfast when they have them and amazing lunch. Ride your bike up there and stop for a bite! The only problem is they have so much neat retail my jersey pockets are too small to bring it home on my bike."
