"Lovely cozy Japanese restaurant. Pleasant friendly staff. Nice ambience with private cubicle seats for gross of 4. Extensive menu range. I had the sashimi bento box. Nice presentation. Chunky sashimi. Wasabi packs quite a punch. Tempura is very light and crispy. Miso soup was very tasty. Easy parking right in front.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options."

"My wife and I ate dinner there tonight (for the first time). We had more food than we could finish, and it tasted like real food. Everything seemed fresh and made with quality ingredients. It wasn't loaded with salt or fat, so you could taste the flavour of the food itself. The attentive service made it a perfect dining experience. We will be back."

"Place is small, which is good as service is better. I like how cozy it is, food is amazing, might be a bit out of the way but worth it! The yam yam roll is delicious and huge! "I LOVE SOUP!This little gem on Laval St. is worth venturing off the beaten path a bit.Homemade soups, sandwiches, wraps and quesadillas etc. Eat in or to go. It's a must go for anyone craving Mommas home cooking.Hearty soups can be bought frozen and ready for the weeks lunches. Just inquire at the front.Omg the SOUP IS LITERALLY TO DIE FOR HERE.And breakfast served hot too until noon!!!?Note: They close at 3pm and are closed on Sundays."
