The best Pho in Cambodia! I got stuck here before making it to Vietnam and I looked everywhere. This is hands down the best Pho I had in years. If you love tendon, ask for tendon, you might need to use a translator to ask but it's worth it. Also run by a nice family that knows they are selling the best. View all feedback.
