we visited the canab during the early break and could not wait to eat here. we were not disappointed! we tried the brisket sandwich, the bbq sundae (with baked beans and Slav,) swarms and grilled bun. service was great, the owners are so friendly and welcoming. We had the brisket sandwich and pulled pork sandwich w/ baked beans. The portions were generous and the flavor was good, but it wasn’t anything special, especially for the price. After I had moved here a year ago, I tried to sell bbq. I must say happy trails has some of the best ripening I had everywhere. no need for the sauce, they burs...
