For the people who cannot speak Japanese: watch out. It's not veggie friendly at all. There is fish broth in everything, according to the lady at the counter.

"We are visiting Kanazawa and found this out of the way vegan place a couple of miles from our hotel. The atmosphere is bright and casual and the food was well prepared and delicious. Despite having no language in common, the cook/waiter made us feel right at home. A bilingual menu, mime, and even bit of pictionary sufficed to make one another understood. Well worth the trip off the beaten path."
