"The personal is very friendly, though not all the same at the reception. breakfast buffet wonderful and also the kitchen in the evening fantastic. also the cake on the afternoon is highly recommended. we had a junior suite with half board in february. for the price I would have wished a little more cleanness (dust on the regalen). the putzperosnal is placed every morning in the room even though we had ordered it. this possibility is super if it works. even on the day of departure they came in at morning, although check-out is only around the bathroom in the room mega. "This was our best meal in Murren. I will admit we were a little confused upon arrival and unsure if it was self seating or wait to be seated. There were two women working that didn’t acknowledge us and we were thinking about leaving but so glad we stayed! After our initial hiccup, everything was perfect. The meal was delicious and service was great. Do not miss the sausage with onion gravy and spatzel, YUM! My husband had the burger and was also very happy. Be sure to check this place out!"
