Many hatred from others, I had a great experience. I ordered the Zinger (prepared in 2 minutes and fresh) and the grilled Buriyani, it took 15 minutes for the Buriyani as they said, but that meant it was FRESH!! Listen, it's not like an American KFC with the Fire Cole Slav, Potatoes and Pommes, but hey, I didn't come to Sri Lanka for the KFC, but it was a nice change of the pace after many local dishes! This is to highligt the poor delivery standards of the KFC Katugastota outlet. Known for fast food most of the time speed is way below standard dilivery timing. We ardered food delivery around 6.30pm and dilivered at 9.40pm. No one is answering the phone and response levels are poor to its maximum level. Sound like it is very normal to them.
