Down home Chinese fast food. I’m no expert on what qualifies as “authentic Chinese” but this certainly did not feel like Americanized Chinese food. We ate Jai, egg fooyun, with white rice. Walked in at 645pm on a Friday night and it was obvious the food was not hot enough to be served. I have over a decade of managing restaurants and so I put my hand in a area where it should’ve been too hot to keep my hand there if it was the proper temperature but I was able to keep my hand there on the metal for however long I wanted.
