"I was in Hawaii for 30 days and I must have ate here nearly twice a week. I really wish I discovered this place earlier. I am from the Bay area, so I live near Oakland and SF Chinatown. The food here at Kin Wah is far superior than anything I can get back at home. I know it sounds crazy, but Chinese food hasn't been the same for the last 10 years plus here in the Bay area. The Chow Fun at Kin Wah reminds me of my childhood. Hands down the best Chinese food I've had in a while. Top picks: Beef Chow Fun with black bean sauce Dry style, Won ton with Chili Green Onion and Ginger sauce and Peking duck with buns. Prices are very reasonable (especially when you compare to Bay area prices). The Owners and workers are all very nice. I wanted to give a shout out to Lisa and Jay, thank you for creating a great dining experience for me. I will be back next year."

"If you are on the hunt for Korean BBQ plate lunch, don't see more than Soon's Kal Bi BBQ! This takeout gemstone offers an incredible selection of delicious BBQ dishes, and its BBQ chicken is the hands down the best I ever tasted. The hotel is located in a convenient location in the Moanalua Shopping Centre, Soon's Kal Bi BBQ can appear inconceivable from the outside, but once you get a taste of their food, you will understand why it is a local favorite. The aroma of grilled meat, which melts out of its kitchen, is enough to make your mouthwater in anticipation! Service is fast. It takes about 5 10 minutes to get your meal. Let's talk about her legendary BBQ chicken. This dish is the perfect combination of delicate, juicy meat and a beautifully caramelized, tasteful exterior. The secret lies in its special marinade, which the chicken with a rich, smoky and slightly sweet taste that you hung from the first bite. It's a dinner in heaven. If you have not yet tried Soon's Kal Bi BBQ, you are missing on a taste packed adventure. Make yourself a favor and give her BBQ chicken plate lunch an attempt I guarantee it will go your to comfort food!"

"Queen st café and grill is a hidden gem that is a family-owned kitchen serving up delicious quality local food in Aiea. They only do take out and it's best to make a phone order since they take time to prepare your food. My favorite plates from here are their kiawe fire grilled steak, fried ahi or salmon katsu w/ garlic aioli or tartar sauce, and fresh spicy and/or limu ahi poke. I am always excited to eat from Queen st because I know it's going to be delicious and satisfying. Queen st is a no-frills kind of place with an impressive menu, understandably so since the food speaks for itself."
