I bought a NY Steamer Combo for Dine today and just wanted to let you know that the food was great, the checkout was helpful, but above all you have an employee who really made a great impression on me. Ronnicia came to my table and asked if I needed something when I waited for my food to make sure all the tables were clean and checked for other customers, she quickly brought my food and made sure I had everything I needed. She kept things smooth when your restaurant was busy after the services were left out on Sunday. I asked her if she was manager because she was excellent service and how professional she treated the floor. You have a big employee with management potential in Ronnicia, I thought you should know. The food is always amazing! Customer service is usually also amazing. Today, the cashier, I want to say she was manager, was extremely rude for her employees.
