Kfc - Kannapolis

Chicken sandwich was great, but a hit or miss, depending on the cut of the chicken you get, is sometimes sprinkled in the sauce. Friends were fantastic and hot.

The ride through Lady Nicole was very nice and polite and very patient while I ordered. My experience here was great!! My food was ordered and it was ready immediately!!! I want to take the time to tell everyone on this kfc thank you for your hard-working dedication to a fast and friendly service!!!

Wow super fast service and friendly staff! I just pulled your Drive Thru. The young man who gave me my food was very pleasant (I didn't catch his name), and the young man who took my order (Richie) was excellent. He spoke very clearly about the speaker (which I made sure, compliment), confirmed my order for accuracy and was very professional and friendly when I made my payment. Well done, KFC manager! Of course the food was at the top.

A service! From the gall, the orders, the whole way to the lady gives the food at the pick-up window best customer experience. They were all so pleasant and seemed really happy to serve! What a great team in this place. I'm sure I'm back!

People who know me know I love fried chicken. This particular location had good fast service. Employees were friendly and answered questions I had about the menu with common courtesy and made me feel like they were actually trying to help rather than just go through the motions. Menu is just like any other KFC. No issues with the food I ordered and noting was missing either. I would go to this location again.
