they gave me a free frey for a longer waiting period. although the service is sometimes quite slow, it is certainly nice to know that the employees realize that customers are also human. the manager is always friendly. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
the young African American dame with dreads/ braid was very rude. waits on the laufwerk thru loudspeaker for 10 min and no worker spoke or greeted me. So I went to the first window. I told her I just picked up an online order (be ready 15 minutes ago), then she tells me that I have to go all the way back to the drive thru just to talk to her smh. that didn't make any sense. when she only had to hand over my order. li... I ordered my food, complained to the manager because I didn’t get all my food. Manager said he was gonna help me out, then I proceeded to stand in the lobby for 15 more minutes. Complained again and realized I was missing more after I left. I will never go back to this place again.
This Wendy's will steal from you. Watch your receipt. Deals appear on their menu, they let you order them, but then charge you full price. I suspect the cashier is pocketing the difference. If you complain, you will be told that the deal has expired (though the Wendy's down the road still offers it), or that this location never participated (though it's on their menu board). Buyer beware!
Terrible customer service. They do not attempt to resolve any issues or apologize acting as if it is your fault….Always has the lobby closed. Manager won’t answer the phone to accept complaints about the drive thru.
This particular location should not be called “Fast Food” it is more like “Sloth Speed Fast Food”. We have been to this location several times both for lunch and dinner. We have been at “slow times” and during their busiest time. And every time they are very frustrating slow. But hey at least they are consistent at something. And that is being slow….. to be fair, we only use the drive thru when we go. There is a possibility that going inside it better. However, the whole point of a drive thru is not only convenience but also “Fast”. It should not take us 30min-hour to get through the drive thru.
Literally the worst location ive ever been to. rude service both to customers and couriers for delivery services. whoever runs the front window, especially whoever ran it tonight and the past few nights should be fired. her attitude was INSANE and the way you can keep a customer service job and speak to someone like that is insane... i missed out on my money and a customer missed out on her food. id personally NEVER order from here ever.... oh you need to come to the lobby and wait ten years like me and my friends who also deliver have previously??? lol no, especially not when its been closed the past two nights at 8pm. the other location has no problem giving it through the window.... its not difficult!
