The Customer service is outstanding very friendly and helpful. I actually spoke with one of the owners, that walked me through the online ordering process, he was patient and helpful. Not only is the customer service great the ice cream and the ice cream cakes are delicious, everything at Cold Stone is delicious ! View all feedback.

Ordered a cake for my sons birthday and get a call on the way to pick it up 2 days later and they totally messed it all up and tried to make me accept a tiny round cake as a replacement definitely will not ever waste my time with this place ever againstick to Hyvee if you want a nice custom cake.
