The suite was extremely spacious and great value. The hotel is close to the streetcar pickup and dropoff allowing you to get to and from quickly. It is also 2 blocks from Power and Light opening up many options for food! Staff was extremely friendly and the check-in and out process was efficient. We chose this hotel because of the pool and brand. The staff were very nice and the lobby is nice. The room’s carpet was soaking wet under the window area. The pool’s ladders were not properly attached and the lift/accessible chair for the pool was inoperable. Because of my disability I could not get into the pool without steps, a properly installed ladder or a chair so I could not enjoy it with my grandchildren. The... View all feedback.
