What User doesn't like about Hien Vuong:
Unfortunately, one of the worst Pho sites I had in the area. Portions are small and too expensive. My normal size bowl was small. Their large pho is as large as a regular size in other pho places. A 3 egg roll remover was $8.99. Spent $60 on only 2 pho dishes and 2 appetizers. The older lady (probably owner) who took our order told us she will automatically add 15% tip to our order. Okay.
