Best Pho I've had in the KC area so far. The vegetables were nice and crisp and fresh, broth wasn't from a powder or can, meat was nice and tender. Their spring rolls were delightful and their Vietnam Coffee...YUMMY. We will definitely be going back!My only complaint is that their chili oil isn't the kind that is blackened. But that's okay.
