We live in Lenexa but after our trip to El Patron tonight, we will make the 20 minute drive from now on when we want Mexican. Crispy chips, chunky salsa, incredible cheese sauce, and delicious entrees! The staff was friendly and professional, the food was great, and the menu wasn't expensive. My family had a great lunch experience at El Patron. Update: the food is still very good! However, the service wasn't what it used to be. I could tell that there were good servers there, but ours simply wasn't one of them. Tasty food not so great margaritas but guess it's normal for restaurants to not have great cocktails unless u request and pay for top shelf tequila.
