So We are in Baldwin City Kansas from St Louis to visit Family for New Years and found Flatlanders Pizza…. WOW… We love great Pizza and have some awesome choices in St Louis but Flatlanders just blew us away!!! Great choices, Incredible crust and just awesome flavors, and they are mobile!!!! We waited almost an HOUR to get 1 12inch pizza. 1 employee at the register and 3 making food. It is a small restaurant 6—7 tables inside and a few tables on the patio. I saw 1 delivery order go out while there, and no carry out orders. Part of the pizza was burnt, we ordered black olives on 1/2,only 1 slice had olives.
