I've been to the Maverick Steakhouse, in Concordia, KS, 6 times now, and each time have had very good service and food. I have tried six item from the menu, so far. Have not had a bad item served. All done to my liking. My complaint to the chef. Our favorite waitress is Michelle. She always has great smile. I definitely will keep coming back. View all feedback.

The service was OK the meal was horrifically salty my wife and I were eating there regularly the first couple of times the steaks were good not as thick as I like but good.
