Bàn Jiǔ Shí Chá Wū - Kao-hsiung

Very recommended. You can have a good rest here with high quality tea. I drank cold tea and it was nice for me, but hot tea is also recommended. Taiwanese specialty tea, Chinese tea, green tea and so on. There are different types of tea to try to enjoy it. If I go back to Kaohsiung, I would visit this teahouse again.

Family-friendly with larger tables in the next room, although no baby chairs, but they have children's utensils. Excellent food that came fast and very decent portions. A very surprising menu that had a number of favorites that would all like in a group. This teahouse was recommended to us by our Hotel HOK House, and what a jewel of a recommendation it was.

Very classic and elegant design place. The food was good and the service was nice. The assorted beef court comes some by-law, which also impresses me. This is a beautiful place for tea when you are a tea lover.

Modern meets traditional tea shop with simply prepared Taiwanese dishes. we had their deep-fried fish and sweet and sour fish sets (each about 370 ntd.) the set is fillable and comes with many veggie side dishes, roasted oolong and dessert. Do not forget to taste one of their specialties. very well made, refined take on Taiwanese food.

Meal come in a set with soup, salad, mushrooms, vegetables, lotus, main course, tea, and dessert. Pan fried milkfish and steamed milk fish with clams set we're both $350. A bit on the pricey end but the service is good, food is fresh, restaurant environment is peaceful and clean. You can choose purple rice over white rice at no extra cost. Will be back!
