What Laurie L doesn't like about Regal Kapolei Commons:
The concession lines are ridiculously long. Employees are calm but very, very slow. No smiles either. They must hate their job. Mgmt is poor because they don't know how to staff for weekends or how to keep people. They need expediters. The people behind me said it's always like this.
