"I had worst experience with this hotel on 03.12.2023 at 8.45 pm. They served oily water to drink, I never ate like this kal dosa (totally worst). Taste of parotta, chicken chukka and chiken garvy are very average only. I made a complaint regarding this to owner. But he never mind my complaint and suggestions even my bill amount is Rs. 721/ . He answered lethargic attitude. I never expected like this answer from hotel owners. Food: 1"

"Went with family for a lunch.. ordered nonveg meals, egg noodles, chicken briyani, chilli gobi and peri peri chicken. I was satisfied only with the meals and chilli gobi, whereas egg noodles and briyani was too oily and salty, peri peri chicken was very dry and the peri peri masala was raw in taste. Good should be served better for the cost they collect. Service is good and the hotel is average..no individual fan available in seatings so we need to look for seating which has fan over it.. hence the ambience should be made better. Overall 5/10 as per my experience"

"Do not book rooms in this hotel. they were. they speak very politely until they check in. I asked 26 hours after a room. they said it's okay, we'll only charge for 1 day and they can pay after 26 hours, after...12 hours of my check-in, they called me and said they should pay for 2 days, 1 day covers only 24 hours. I promised you before I checked in. they speak rudely, no, we have promised nothing to see the rules of the hotel. I said, if you talk that way, I can't book my rooms in the future. they said: there is no loss if they do not come to my hotel, we have others so make them their business. ac didn't work right either. namakkal has better hotels than this hotel. please waste their time with these idiots. my cash (24 hours) 6am. they called me at 4 o'clock. they have no maniacs. they bothered my sleep."
