When not realising that you have to order ketchup with your meal I politely asked if I could buy some and was told rudely by the female staff member (Yama)I could only order at the self service system. You cannot only order ketchup using that system. Basically she could not be bothered to put some through the till even though it wasn’t busy at all. Just lazy View all feedback.

read moreClean, nice, fast and not too crowded. Wi-Fi works and lots of seats upstairs. Toilet is either 1€ or 10 czk.
