I know what you 're thinking... What is a `crayp`?! It 's ok, I didn 't know, either. Basically it 's a thin tortilla-like thing but a little more oily. (Mexico would be appalled.. I was skeptical when my friend took me here, but I have to say that my dish was really good. My tortilla was topped with smoked salmon, cream, and cheese.
