Disgusting. In this country you have no idea what luxury means. Czech Republic has nothing for rich people and you are 5 stars? This makes me laugh. Customar care non existent food worse than in the slums of Brazil. Arrogance of the personal is abtonishing. Rooms super dirty. How can you have guests I have no idea. Terrible experience.
